This is a schedule of upcoming shows for all three of Datri’s musical projects.  Each performance is labeled with the name of the project.

• Datri Bean- Southern-fried vintage jazz: original songs which combine sepia vocals from the jazz age, back porch piano and heart-breaking, quirky songs.  Datri sings and plays piano, accordion and ukulele.




• Datri Bean and the Tiny Mishap Marching Band- Datri Bean and the Tiny Mishap Marching Band play original songs which combine New Orleans pre-war jazz and Southern Americana: sepia vocals from the jazz age, back-porch piano, rich, brassy horn arrangements, and heart-breaking, delicate, quirky songs. … luscious brass pads, clarinet and bass clarinet, bowed bass, toy piano, glockenspiel, flute, flugelhorn, drums, melodica, ukulele, accordion and anything else that tickles our fancy… with Datri on vocals, piano, accordion, ukulele, songwriting and musical direction.




• The Minor Mishap Marching Band– Datri’s 35 piece renegade brass band.  Though Datri composed much of the material and provides musical direction for this project as well, it is an entirely different repertoire and type of show than Datri Bean or Datri Bean and the Tiny Mishap Marching Band shows.  This is a loud and rowdy dance band, that most enjoys raising a ruckus in the street.  If you would like to hear musical samples and learn more about this band, you can find that here: http://minormishap.com



Past Shows
